PTFE coating

PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) possesses excellent non-stick qualities and easy release properties. Certain coatings with a PTFE but no PFOA base can be used in the food sector.

• Hardness: 55/65 Shore D (ASTM D2240)
• Friction coefficient:
   static: 0,12-0,15
   dynamic: 0,05-0,10 (ASTM D1894)
• Maximum working temperature: 290°C, continuous
• Thickness: from 10 to 25µm
• Temperature of polymerisation: 80-425°C
